• RMI IX Tax Year 2024 Schedule K1s were mailed out on Feb 21, 2025. These will be posted on the web portal on February 24, 2025
• RMI VIII Tax Year 2024 Schedule K1 were mailed out on March 10, 2025. This group of Schedule K-1s were posted March 7, 2025 on the web portal. Note: K-1s are in a larger envelopes and mailing times may vary.

Click on the dropdown, "Account Access" on our website to obtain a PDF of your K-1. If you have forgotten your username—click on "Forgot Username." If you have forgotten your password, click "Forgot Password". If you have never logged on before you must click on the prompt "Click Here to Register."

In accessing the web portal for the first time (Your investor number is the same as your RMI Partner/RMI Member number. Your RMI Partner/Member number is located on the top right of your statement.) If you receive a prompt that says your account is inactive—You may send an email to: info@redwoodmortgage.com with questions. This may happen if you have not accessed your account in the past 9 months.

Forms (i.e. Asset Transfer Forms, ACH forms, etc.) for respective funds can be found under the drop down banners. Address, phone and email changes can be made under the Contact Information banner.
