Please ensure to enclose a check for $75.00 made payable to: Phoenix American for Redwood Mortgage. Asset Transfer forms received without the $75.00 fee will delay the transfer process. The fee is necessary to offset a portion of the legal third party review of the documents.(Note: if a Trust Document is necessary it is important to either include the entire trust or at a minimum the first four pages and last four pages of the document. If a death certificate is necessary please provide as well) The Asset Transfer Form has the address in upper right corner to send all the documents.

RMI IX Unit Redemption Request
For investments held in a custodial account, please make sure the form is medallion stamped by the custodian and forwarded to our office. We will not accept forms without a stamp.
For custodial positions, the redemption proceeds must be paid to the account on file. Please reach out to the custodian for any money movement questions.
